Thinking back to everything that's happened, I've never felt so empty and alone.
Krohe's dead, for one thing. It's good that no-one has to deal with his shit any more, but it kinda grows on you after a while. He won't be able to get Paul's stone anytime soon.
Speaking of Paul, I have no idea where the hell he is. It's like...the moment Sam died, he abandoned me. He abandoned Emily and Matthew, too. If you're reading this, I want you to listen closely: I don't give a shit about how powerful you are. You're a coward. The first sign of trouble and you left us to die.
Uh, what else... Oh yeah, I am nowhere close to flying over to Florida. There's been no notices from that weirdo Corona about what's happening, so I can only assume the worst... If you laid a finger on her, I will beat you to a pulp for taking advantage of a blind girl!
Patchwork... I just don't know what to think about you. You're unpredictable, for starters. It was nice that you helped me and saved Matthew's life, but... I just wish you never got involved. If you stayed safe and decided not to get caught in-between the conflict,
Since the challenge, I've had nightmares. Or rather, a nightmare.
I'm back in the New Forest, on the path I took. I'm running in the middle of the night, and no matter where I go, Slenderman is right behind me, sometimes in front of me with his big...tendrils, poking out of his back.
Yesterday was different, though.
I was running as usual, but this time I saw a door in the middle of the path. I entered, and locked the door behind me. I think I was in The Room. You know, the one Krohe created. It looked...broken. The black walls had blood-red cracks running across, the radiant white floor looked like static, and in the centre of the room was a note: "PAINPAINPAINPAINPAINBLOODBLOODBLOODBLOODBLOODTRAITORTRAITORTRAITORDROWNINGDROWNINGDROWNINGDROWNINGDEADEADEADEADEADEADEADEADEADEAD"
I don't think this will ever go away...
